The John Paul II Polish Cultural Centre was blessed by the Most Reverend Matthew Ustrzycki and officially opened by Reverend Stanley Bak, OMI, Mayor Hazel McCallion and Lady Misek, President of the Maximilian Kolbe Foundation, on September 17, 1994.
The Centre was established to provide residents of the Mississauga community a place to actively participate in cultural and social activities. Over the years, it has become a hub of local events and business engagement, offering a wide array of services and venues for social activities, private gatherings, educational and recreational programs.
The John Paul II Polish Cultural Centre is governed by the Maximilian Kolbe Foundation and the Board of Directors.
